Pick a favourite shape...

Quilt blocks come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and we will be embracing all of that to make this giant but quick to come together quilt.

You will be able to follow Karen's instructions to make both the giant version and the mini, as well as following her suggestions for making even more things with all that is on offer.u

Access for the lifetime of the Academy.  

Week 1

In Week 1 we will be starting gently with Log Cabin blocks, both big and small.

Week 2

We will look at triangle blocks in Week 2 including Half Square Triangles, Hourglass blocks and Flying Geese.

Week 3

Week 3 is all about the curve. We will start with the big curve blocks to get our confidence and then use our skills to master tiny ones.

Week 4

To finish off our Shape Sorter month we will look at how to use our shapes in different ways to create smaller quilts and alternative projects.
